Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, soaps must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original, unopened shipping condition

  • Returned with receipt or associated online order number

Because our soaps are only wrapped with a hand-applied label and not sealed in additional packaging, we cannot accept returns once a bar label has been removed or handled.


Store Credit Only

Eligible returns will be refunded as store credit (issued as a digital gift card). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

This helps us maintain hygiene standards and keep our small-batch business sustainable.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please email photos to muskandmuseco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email muskandmuseco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Opened or used soaps

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


Exchanges

Need a different scent? Return your unopened bar for store credit, then place a new order for your preferred product.


Refunds (Damaged/Wrong Items Only)

Refunds for damaged or incorrect items are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to post the refund.
