Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; carrier delays may occur outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order is on the way.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to the United States and do not ship internationally. 

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at muskandmuseco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Certain international locations may be excluded due to restrictions.
